Reminds me of Joe Stalin's propeganda.
Was looking for the one where they hung his picture off of a hot air balloon over the city and illuminated it. Theory was to use the idea that "he is all knowing and always watching" to intimidate people.
That photo of Aaahnold has the same look. He's all knowing and watching.

Yeah that's pretty funny, but has anyone ever had this problem?
Is Arnold on every channel?
I've seen where he's a cop in a Kindergarten class, and a bunch of B movies he was in where he can't speak for sh%t and is running around like an idiot, shooting and beating people.
But heh, I'm sure my fellow Californian's made the right decision.
