As part of an ongoing revamp focused on greater integration between online and retail experiences, Apple has made some changes to its now-integrated retail areas of the its website, specifically to clean up and consolidate workshop scheduling and appointments. The new system is similar to the Genius Bar reservation system, and allows users to quickly locate workshops, One to One classes, and Joint Venture events.

Workshops now have a "featured" section and new product-specific offerings, organized under a broad set of categories including "Discover," "Create," "Organize," and "Business." Basics-type classes are found under "Discover," while the "Create" categories offers classes on content-creation apps ranging from iMovie to Pages. The change consolidates scheduling and browsing for both class and Genius Bar activities, versus the previous multi-page layout.

The section, found under the "Concierge" banner, has also been updated to be more helpful to those with sight or hearing impairments. Apple has recently reorganized its stores slightly, removing the iPad-based Smart Signs in favor of a new "Pricing" app that contains the same information but puts it directly on the demo machines themselves, and has moved iPods onto the accessories wall to allow for more room for Apple Watch and other hands-on machines. The company is rumored to be phasing out its "One to One" service in favor of more and more-general classes and workshops.
