I'm thinking about buying a new Mini when Apple releases them with Lion OS. I also have a ton of high-end programs in my PC (Photoshop, Aperture, CorelDraw,etc.). I understand that newer Macs with Intel chips can run Windows without too much trouble. Will I encounter any problems running Microsoft on a new Mini?

The Mini will run Windows without any problem. You can do it by virtualization software, be it commercial solutions like VMware Fusion, Parallels Desktop for Mac, be it free solutions like VirtualBox. Or you could use Apple's Boot Camp which would be like having all the benefits of a Windows PC without any of the -hardware related- worries.

If you think Boot Camp would better suit your needs, make sure you get a big enough hard disk (500 GB and over) as you would need to create a Windows partition for it. Common sense says that once the new Mac Mini(s) are released, there wouldn't be such a thing as a small hard driveā€¦ SSD options aside.
