what words have been ruined for you by the evil power of the internet?
words you spell differently, mix up definitions for, or have simply grown annoyed by.
here are some examples from my personal experience:
thread - i vaguely recall the day when this referred to something you used with a needle.
director - i spell it 'directory' every single time now. bad Y, bad!
sight - "he was just out of site sight, but i could sense his presence."

Hampstor - i vaguely recall the day when this referred to an animal, not a lame server.
Turtle- i vaguely recall the day when this referred to an animal, not a MacNN member.

iPod (RED)
The inter-capitalization, the all-caps, the needless parenthesis, all smack of illiteracy.

Thread was used metaphorically far before the internet.
P.S.

Loose - What used to mean something that wasn't tight apparently now means to not win. At least on every forum I'm a member, there is someone who creates a thread with that in the title.

I'm still a fan of the 'teh'
(Mostly because I always pronounce it literally when I read it)

The use of mixed case is a programming thing. My guess is at some point it got associated with technology in general and started showing up in product names and marketing campaigns. I wouldn't call it illiterate but it does get annoying

Damn, I too have a few words that I mispell automatically by mistake because I use a similar one online, but I can't remember them at the moment..
However, on a slightly related note, I always spell Halloween "Halloweed" for some obscure reason.. which may explain the memory blank encountered above
