I was just typing a response here on the forum, and noticed that the iPhone was not correcting any of my mistakes. As type this message, though, it's coming up with suggestions for nearly everything (including words it ignored earlier, like "iPhone"). Has anyone else had this issue?

Yes. I've noticed that sometimes is tries to correct anything and everything and other times it offers no suggestions for words that are clearly errors.

This is a fairly major problem for me. I've been having this happen off and on, and of course when the auto-correction doesn't work, the accuracy of the keyboard plummets. When I did a force-quit on safari (hold down the home button for 5-6 seconds) it seemed to correct the problem for the moment.
