When I turn on my mac the screen flickers, and gets jiggy, and will slowly go opaque. However, if I tap on the back right of the screen it will(with effort) go back to normal. Obviously a hardware issue, but anyone know just what might be up?

Glitchy LCD backlight, it sounds like. A loose connection.
The new Mac Pro has up to 30 MB of cache inside the processor itself. That's more than the HD in my first Mac. Somehow I'm still running out of space.

Looking at ifixit there isn't a step by step on gaining access to the upper case, and I'm sure it's no easy feat. While I've replaced a fan on this laptop, I'm wondering if this really is something for a shop.
