that doesnt work for me, i tried clicking the right part in all ways possible, doesnt work, any suggestions ?

try to click only on the right side without touching the left side,

Have you set the right side of the mouse to "Secondary Button" in System Preferences (Keyboard & Mouse)? By default OS X treats a Mighty Mouse as a single-button mouse and will only recognize right-clicks if you set it to do so.
