CPDN - Uploads are not working

	I have a completed task that has been attempting to upload the zip files for several days. The CPDN website news says that there is a power supply problem and a disk storage problem with an uncertain repair date. There is a brief description about modifying the client.state file to make Boinc forget about the 14 day limit on uploading the zip file. Otherwise it is apparently gone forever. I am a bit nervous about doing that as I have another CPDN task running for a few weeks and I don't want to lose that one because I mess up the modification.
