I have a Powerbook G4 1.5GHz with no audio. I replaced the power/usb board but still nothing at all What else can I try besides replacing the whole motherboard?

have you tried a Giffin iMic? That's presuming that your USB ports are working? This is what I use when I have to connect my laptop to the mixing board.

Well that sounds good, but 90% of the time I use it as a lap-top so hooking that up and a pair of powered speakers is not really a possibility I need like a pc-card with a built in speaker HAHA
