I just upgraded my Suitcase application to version 9 and the next thing I now my system jumps from using 40mb of ram to about 60mb of ram, is this normal? I have an iBook SE, running system 9.0.4, with a 192mb of ram. My system has always be around 40 to 44mb so I don't know what to do. So far I've turned off all non-essential extensions and changed my screen to a simple solid color, I don't know what else to try.

If anyone has had this problem, would you let me know what you did. Also I just upgraded my Quicktime to 4.1.2, mabye that has something to do with it.
