I keep reading about people transferring Windows themes to the Mac. How did they do that?

They recreated each item and/or created new OS X elements where there are no windows counterparts and imported them into Themepark manually. The number of OS X elements that make up the gui out numbers windows 20 to 1....

Where do you keep reading that? Very, very few Windows themes have been successfully ported to Mac (as in about two) due to the overwhelming complexity and rigidity of the OSX interface.
Mac themes to Windows on the other hand...

it is just reaffirmation that we are better than them...
actually there are quite a few VStyles I would love to see ported.
