The Application menu icon?

I don't remember where I saw it, but I remember having it myself...
How do you get the Application Menu (the one just to the right of the Apple menu) in OSX to show up as the app icon, rather than the name of the app? For example, if you were in Adobe Photoshop, rather than saying "Photoshop" it would just have the PS icon in the menu bar instead.
Was this a hack, an app or am I just completely overlooking the silly thing in the System prefs somewhere?

Ahhh yes, that's it. Unfortunately, it's messed up in Tiger. For instance, I open Firefox and I have both a text menu AND an icon though the only thing in the icon menu is the About Firefox item.
But thanks for the quick response - it's been bugging me for months.

That's strange, it's on Unsanity's list of updated apps. Maybe they just changed how that feature works.

Yeah, it's a little messup on our part. It's a known bug (ref ID #FM-330) and will be fixed in the minor update we will be putting out soon. Sorry about that!
