I would like to upgrade my 400MHz G4 Sawtooth tower to a dual-core G5 but am hesitant because the Intel machines are due in a year. My question is how long can I expect Apple and third-party software companies to support PowerPC (via Fat Binary)? How long did they support 68k? Thanks.
