Is it possible to make USB connections to a Rev. A Wallstreet?

Is a PC card (or even some type of other device) available to make USB devices connect to a Rev. A 233MHz "Wallstreet" PowerBook? God, I HOPE so...

I own both the ADS Tech USB carbus card and the macally one... get the macally one... the review is right on. The ADS is cheaper construction (plastic vs. the macally metal), requires a ADB connection for power, and sticks out, making it annoying when not in use.
