I've got a print-making set that makes really great letter forms. I've scanned these into Photoshop and then 'vectorised' them in Streamline. This is fine if all I'm doing is using it for a few bits of text, but what I want to do now is make an actual font from my alphabet. How do I do it? Is it difficult? I've got a copy of Fontographer, but I havn't got an instruction manual for it. And I'm not even sure if this is the tool I should be using! Please, all you typographers out there, I need your advice.

My girlfriend uses Fontographer, but she'll be moving to FontLab since it's OS X native.
I am stupidest when I try to be funny.
