At the moment I'm working with a lot of data for my research and I've been using an app called SigmaStat for the statistics part of it. But the thing is I hate using the PC's at work as well as not understanding anything in R.
So, I was wondering if you know of an app like SigmaStat(easy to use and powerful) for OSX?
Thanks

SPSS is available for OS X, but I only use the Windows-version for my research. Some body who has used the both versions could compare the quality(I'm very interested in this)?

Learn R. It's not so hard, and it runs on everything.

I'm actually doing that right now. Going through the manual and so on. It's just that I have most of my data on excel format and importing it into R is(as far as I know) tedious.
What's the most easy way to import data from excel into it?

I use JMP which is quite Mac-like. It also wins the award for being the fastest launching Mac program. http://www.jmp.com
