You have got to be friggen kidding me! "Microsoft's finder is not a rip off of apple's spotlight (even though they do exactly the same thing) because it is in the lower left corner, not the upper right corner!"

...I'm hoping you're being sarcastic?

Obviously the NYT guy is saying that it is a complete rip off.........either you didn't watch the whole video, or you're completely joking around there, or you misinterpreted the entire thing...?

No I thought it was funny, I wasn't being sarcastic, I refered to him as a "crack addict" because he was so happy, and quoted the part I thought was the best.

Yeah, I hope you were joking. I think it's well known that David Pogue is an avid Mac fan and writes books about the Mac/MacOS. This column/video is obviously tongue in cheek.

Saw this a few minutes ago. I have no idea why Windows fans think that we Mac users are smarmy.

I think David's been watching the Colbert Report lately...

Yeah, but you can actually tell what Pogue is saying.

Yea... except that David Pogue is a (and has been for years and years) renowned editor for Macintosh magazines and publications.

Love Pogue's sarcasm, he does it so smoooooove..............lol

Funny thing though...........

The first time Apple took MS to court over the User Interface infringements by MS, the judge found NO infringements by MS because:

1.: The icons were on the left side, not the right side of the screen.

2.: The Toolbar/Menubar was on the bottom, not the top of the screen.

Gee, I hope they're friendly..........
