Hello ...

After an Archive and Install of Panther ... and then wanting to update to 10.3.7 .. which is the preferred way to accomplish this and why?

(Combo Update or go through the Software Update in System Preferences ...)

Does the Combo Update give you everything you need or do you have to run Software Update after?

Thanks ...
Tiger 10.4.8

They will accomplish the same thing. Software Update will download the combo update if your OS X install is more than one version behind.
