Did anybody see the clip related to this story?. I saw it on the news yesterday it was totally bizarre it looked like it was a joke out of a naked gun flick. The lawyer was hit a couple of times but the tree saved him for any real damage. He keep bobbing and weaving. Good work lawyer man. An off duty policeman tackled the guy a few moments later.

The thing is there were quite a few people standing around watching, not just the cameraman.

Yes, I saw the video on my late night news. What amaized me that the guy was getting shot and still standing. It was just totally shocking.

Did you all miss the part where they said he had a gun? Am I missing something here? What could you do if the guy had a gun?

I would have attempted to rush the guy from behind, at least, and beat the living **** out of him. He didn't seem very quick, and maybe even a little nervous. Of course, I say that, but you never know what things will be like if you were in such a position. Feels like something could have been done sooner. Did you see how long it took for anything to actually happen? Man.

I found the incident rather comical, almost cartoonish. Gun. Tree. Six shots. Point blank. No death.

That was like the craziest video I have seen in a long time. The lawyer was ducking bullets like an agent from the Matrix.

i can't believe people were just standing around and watching him walk away..if someone starts busting caps in someones ass i'd be running away from the area. good tackle by the off duty cop though

Would it be really ethical helping a lawyer?
