I thought the thread title was "Fraggle Rock Song" for a second.
"Everything's so clear to me now: I'm the keeper of the cheese and you're the lemon merchant. Get it? And he knows it.
That's why he's gonna kill us. So we got to beat it. Yeah. Before he let's loose the marmosets on us."

My tastes are too fluid to answer this question without agonizing myself into a tizzy, so I'll just go by my iTunes play count and say that it's a tie between:

The Tragically Hip: "Courage"
Dream Theater: "Take The Time"
Faith No More: "A Small Victory"

"One ticket to Washington, please. I have a date with destiny."

That's like asking me to pick which one of my pets that I like most.

The first song that jumped to mind which isn't from a huge band or anything but really rocks and gets my blood flowing:

Cult of Personality by Living Colour

Wouldn't say it's the best song ever or anything, but it rocks.

I agree with "Cult of Personality", and who says they weren't a huge band? That song was all over back in the day, at least the stations I listened to.

Same pet thing for me, but...

The one I've been craving lately is "Radio Friendly Unit Shifter" by Nirvana.

The Cult's "She Sells Sanctuary" is a great back-up.

My favourite song can change every month but I think I'll go for Stairway to Heaven by Led Zeppelin as it is what I am listening to while posting this. (coincidence I think not).

There are so many Smashing Pumpkins songs to choose from. Today I'll say:

Porcelina of the Vast Oceans

Before them it was fight between Purple Rain, Rosalita, and Kashmir

Just kidding. I don't listen to rock anymore, but I loved "Heart-Shaped Box" by Nirvana.

Hahaha, yeah, I mostly listen to rock, although I like a lot of hip-hop, country, blues and jazz, and especially soul. I listen to a lot of music.

And I forgot Nirvana and Smashing Pumpkins; I haven't listened to either of them too much lately. I think I like Nirvana's albums (specifically, In Utero) better than the individual songs. In the Arms of Sleep or By Starlight are great Pumpkins songs, but you can't beat Siamese Dream album-wise.

I can't believe I forgot to mention Sunday Bloody Sunday.

Also, Time of the Season.

Does any of Ennio Morricone's guitar-laden stuff count as rock?
