Assuming you don't need xD reading abilities, I love the LaCie USB2.0 reader (SD/MMC/CF/MemoryStick/SmartMedia). $20 at all appleStores

SanDisk products come in a variety of sizes and shapes, but they are GREAT at making any memory card look like a USB (or even firewire, I think) drive on a Mac. They go from devices you can get for around $12 that handle a single or maybe two types of memory cards to bigger boxes that cost more and handle a LOT of types. I got my first SanDisk card reader (Compact Flash cards) to go with my first digital camera because the camera didn't have a USB connection. We recently got one for SD cards because dealing with Image Capture and iPhoto is a lot more hassle than my wife wants to do with the photodocumentation she uses our Kodak DS 6490. Works great.
Oh, and Buck Naked-they don't show their products plugged into anything on the box.

I bought this Sandisk card reader because I needed the ability to download both CF and SM cards. The reader also comes with a stand so it can be mounted vertically (click on more views or whatever it's called). I'm very happy with it.

i recently bought a card reader from a popular site.
once i recieved it and put in my memory card ;I noticed that it WOULD NOT read any card over 128k.
my card is 512
i didnt think they made 128k cards. what are we up to 2 gig now?
anyway
nowhere on the site did it say this or on the outside of the box.
it said in tiny print on the instructions inside supports 32-128k
moral of the story.be careful when buying a reader.
now
any other suggestions for a good reader i can buy....?
