Just wondering...who actually uses this? I like the idea of the shuffle feature, but not forever! Just always thought it was weird...

You can turn off the shuffle feature, there is a switch on the side.

The new Mac Pro has up to 30 MB of cache inside the processor itself. That's more than the HD in my first Mac. Somehow I'm still running out of space.

I still have mine hooked up in my car. Why get rid of it? Switch to AUX, turn the iPod on, and start playing. Simple. And because there's no screen there's no problem keeping it overnight in -20 degree weather. I just wish they would increase the capacity.

I've loaded pink noise on mine, put it on a loop, and use it to break in speakers and headphones.

I love my old Shuffle. It's the best little listen-to-music-while-mowing-the-lawn machine, ever.

You can always donate an unused iPod to a nursing home. They'll put old fashioned music on them and use them to help the residents stay entertained.

I gave my shuffle to my son, we put a huge playlist on it, and he listens while also mowing lawn, doing chores, etc.
