I was in CompUsa last night, looking at the bargains and saw that they had a Bluetooth Upgrade Kit for a MacPro - MA687ZM/A. I asked the manager if it would fit in my eMac, but he didn't know. I didn't have my spec sheet with me, but they were selling them for $20 each, and I was going to buy it to see. The manager tossed it into my bag and told me to go try it out, free gratis.
So, my question is: Will it install in my emac? I have the 1.25GHz unit.

Bummer! Double Bummer!! I don't care what is for sale at fantastic bargains, it never will fit whatever I own. It's always for someone else. They had a bunch of AppleCare packages at 30% off, but nothing for my iPhone. Oh well. Anyone need this Upgrade Kit? $6.00 bucks via Paypal and it's yours (will pay for the USPS Priority Mail costs).

No.
It is for Mac Pro only. An USB Bluetooth dongle is the single option left for eMacs.

Dongles usually cost less than $20, though.

Bluetooth can be installed in a 1.25 eMac. Is it worth the $ it would cost to get it put in? Dunno. Ask your local service provider.

You can pick up a usb bluetooth dongle for five dollars if you look around enough. Adding custom hardware for a mac pro into an emac is not something you should consider to be possible or easier than the usb option

The original Apple BT module for an eMac is long discontinued.

OS X seems to be quite happy with even "never had a brand" BT dongles. I picked up one almost for free at a computer show once, and now it's my wife's iBook BT connection. All we had to do was plug it in....

Yeah, seconded. Any BT adapter I have tried has worked without any driver installation.
