I've noticed the LAN activity light on my router is flashing a lot when I am not using the internet. Little Snitch does not seem to detect any unusual activity and the console reports nothing.

Might I have a spyware ivrus? What utitlity do I use to determine what port is spewing data? How do I find unauthorized processes?

The flashing is normal.

It looks like the flashing, which didn't occur as much in the past, is an indicator of external probing activity, not outgoing traffic.

Thanks.
