David Lynch wouldn't approve, but what are you waiting for? It's out. Go download it.

It works well...except for going through my really long instant queue. Instead of loading the whole list, you have to tap a "More movies" button at the bottom of the list. And doing that has now caused the app to crash 3 times for me.

I presume the "More movies" button is because of all the preview images that need to load for each item in the queue. But I'd probably be fine if there was a way to view a plain list that I could jump to like when searching for a contact in the address book.

Yeah, seems like you don't necessarily need a big thumbnail image of the movie for things already in your queue. An option for a simple list would be nice.

It takes significantly longer to load in my iPhone4 than on my Wii, but that's expected. Otherwise, it works.

It's well worth it over time. Had a few stutters here and there but overall, it's been a pleasing watching experience. Need a little more new content but great for catching up on TV shows. Thanks heavens for having the unlimited data plan.

Does anyone have suggestions for selections which suit such a small screen?

Everything in my queue I'd rather wait to see on an actual TV.

Exactly the kind of thing I want to watch full size.

Thank you though.

Edit: not necessarily off target, I'm just too big of a fan to settle.

Get the iPhone/iPod video cables and watch it on your TV.

That doesn't work cgc.

I think the Netflix app is cool, and streaming quality is impressively good, but why can't you manage your disc queue from it?

All set there with Netflix on the TiVo. I was thinking for when I was stuck on a train, etc.

So how is it performing for people? On my iTouch, it worked about 60% of the time on the first day it was released. But since then I have never once gotten past the "loading" screen for the movie (I can browse my queue and look at the movie info page, but never play). Maybe it's just a matter of the server having gotten too busy because of threads like this one informing people about the app...?

Working great for me. No stutters, and we have a relatively slow ISP connection.

No issues here either.

Have you tried hitting reset from inside the Settings app?

A reboot is all I can think of then.

I also read not having your time zone set in the Settings app (under calendars) can cause issues (no idea why), but this seems like it's a soution for a problem that's only similar to yours. These people were reporting problems where they were getting a white screen. Note that diddling with this can move around your appointments in the Calendar app.

That's all I got.

Shouldn't it be..."Dammit cgc, I'm a doctor, not a doct...oh, wait, I'll get right on it..."
