Fire problem logging into Yahoo IM

Has anyone seen any problems with Fire and YIM lately?
I am using 0.32.h and every time I tried to log in I get the error
"Are you sure you entered the correct username and password, because Fire cannot initialize a Yahoo! connection?"
I am pretty sure my username/password are correct and I am able to log in using the Yahoo Messenger.
I have tried removing and adding the account again in Fire but that didn't help either.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Yahoo Connection Issues
Yahoo made some unannounced additional changes to their Yahoo! Messenger servers and Fire is not able to connect to them at this time. (You get a dialog box asking if you are sure you entered the correct username and password.)
We are working with the other members of the Open Source community who develop Yahoo! Messenger clients to resolve this issue, please be assured that resolving this issue is a top priority for all of us, and we are working to solve it as quickly as possible.

I have not used fire in ages, so I do not know if you can change the yahoo server, but if you can change it to:
scs.msg.yahoo.com
save it quit and try to log in again.
