I want to be able to hide my SSID and change my wireless connection from OPEN to CLOSED etc to get my PSP to work.
And i would also like to be able to setup only specific MAC address to use the network, but Internet Sharing in OSX doesn't allow this.
Is there a third party program that taps into the potential of using my iMac as a full blown Airport station instead of just a bridge?

I have fiddled with Brickhouse but can't seem to find an answer there.

That is a good question. I doubt Apple wants people to get too attached to the built-in DHCP of Panther, especially for WIFI. Back in the classic era there was finely featured, low cost DHCP software server, but I can't remember the name of the package or the author right now. And I did not find much by googling, either. You may want to take a look at Vicomsoft, though.
