Sweet. Now if only it could read color profiles?
Seems to launch amazingly fast.

You could try using Pref Setter to open the iPhoto preference file and change the value for the key "EmbedColorProfile" from NO to YES and see if that will help.

So how do I get this? It's not showing up in Software Update and when I got into iPhoto and check for an update through the app it tells me that no updates are needed as 5.0.2 is the current version.

When attempting to install iPhoto 5.0.3 updater over 10.4.2, the updater would not recognize that there was an iPhoto app to update. After advice from Apple customer support, I changed the existing name of the app from "iPhoto 5.0.2.app" to just "iPhoto.app." The 5.0.3 updater then ran as it should with no problems.

I'm not sure but I have suspicions my iPhoto is still acting strangely.
My camera takes photos in sRGB which is what Photoshop tells me when I open any shots from iPhoto. But, if I edit / save a photo from within iPhoto (a crop) before opening Photoshop, the profile is suddenly Generic RGB.
This is starting to drive me crazy.
