Make eMac Power Button act like PowerBook's?

On an iBook or PowerBook, pressing the Power button brings up an, "Are you sure you want to shut down your computer now?" dialogue box with the options of Restart, Sleep, Cancel, Shut Down.
Pressing Control-Eject on an eMac (and I assume any other Mac) brings up the same dialogue box.
However, on an eMac, pressing the Power button (whilst the machine is switched on and awake) does only one of two things; put the machine to sleep, or, if you've specified otherwise in System Preferences, absolutely nothing.
Does anyone know how to make the Power button on a desktop Mac behave like the Power button on a portable Mac?

Control-escape? You sure you don't mean Control-Eject?

"Yields a falsehood when preceded by its quotation" yields a falsehood when preceded by its quotation.

You are right, I made a mistake, but have edited the original post to be correct now.
So, does anyone know how to make the power button do what I want?

Preferences > Energy Saver > Allow Power button to Sleep Mac.
I would assume you have this option (I have it on the Mac mini).

Yup, I know about that. What I'm asking is if anyone knows how to make the power button bring up the Control-Eject dialogue box.
