totally different

because parallels runs on intel, there's no code emulation as with virtual pc. We get performance gains that VPC could never have attained.

parallels is a thousand times better.

has anyone tried using parallels with their bootcamp system? That's what I took the announcement to mean. That would be nice for those quick times you need to get into windows.
