The university down here has a surplus dept full of old computers. Among them are two old G5s that apparently the MotherBoards failed on. The Computers have been stripped of all their components, including the hard drive bays. The cases, with bad MoBos on board are selling for $40 each.

Anyone got any good idea of use for them? I think that the power supply in them is still good.

PS: I have done a little googling, but I'm interested in what you guys have to say.

Definitely snatch them up. If nothing else, they'll go for much more than that on eBay. A lot of people building PCs to run OS X like the Apple cases as well.

Quick check on eBay, looks like you can sell it for $100.

Well I acted too slowly. It looks like they were sold last week. Oh well. Thanks for all the suggestions folks.
