Hello do-it-yourselfers (and other people with construction backgrounds),

Have you ever had a Jeld-Wen door? If so, is there a way to identify that the door I have is genuine Jeld-Wen rather than a different kind? I have had some trouble with door installers that I hired, and want to ensure I got what I paid for.

I see no serial numbers on the door's outside, and just a serial number on the glass for what appears to be the glass.

Any hints would be appreciated.

House door. It's an exterior door, but not a screen door.

Calling Jeld-Wen will likely get you more accurate results than asking on a Mac board.
