The flower used here belongs to the conceptual artist VWAKE, from a wallpaper called "The beauty in numbers" featured on PixelGirlPresents.com AND on DeviantArt.
you could just ask vwake for permission... most themers give modders permission to do their mod too you know...

Maybe Rimshot had asked permission to VWAKE, to use those images.

don't think so... from my experience people usually mention it when they use elements from other people's works...the same goes for modding themes, all over this forum

It even has a part of the original black text on it! This is truely sad. If you lack the talent to make your own designs, don't go form a cute little designstudio!

Whilst I was about to say the brush was labelled as "available" and "free," the wallpaper does seem to use the image directly from that VWAKE's wallpaper. Which in my eyes, classifies as "ripping" as no credit or mention is given.

my point exactly. haven't had a reply from the vwake yet...so there might be no problem for you to use the image. but there's a lot of free stock photography out there, so why use something already used as a wallpaper? making your own photoshopped flower really isn't hard if you give it a little effort, just like the effort that i see in the milk anodized icon. so if you can do your own, why rip it?
