Windows Advice: Invisible Windows Batch File?

Need to run a batch file on interval. So I use Task Scheduler to schedule the batch file to run.

My only issue is I don't want to see it. Want it in the background.

Any advice on how to do that? Win 98 + XP. more XP, but 98 too.


I'd perfer crontab. But don't want to add more SW to these systems.
