Hello.

For sale is my copy of Jaguar OS X 10.2.0. They are OEM discs and in good shape. I am asking $25-shipped to anywhere in the USA.

If you're interested, contact me at: MacDudeGuy AT Netscape DOT Net.

Thanks for looking.

I'm not totally sure if this is the case for MacOS X, but for Windows, if you sell the OEM disks, you have to sell it with a hard drive or motherboard (or an entire machine, obviously). You are only allowed to sell the Retail version seperately (to be legal)...

Um not true, Usually PC OEM Companies like Dell or Gateway ship with a System Restore Disc, that restores the system to the regular state. But, Usually they also come with a OEM Version of windows to install, since you paid for the license. With the Apple OEM Cds, Its not like that. So it should work without a problem.

It should work, yes. However, to be legal...marumari is correct. You need to sell this with a piece of OEM hardware.
