Did I say it was a problem? Did I? I said it was funny. Funny doesn't mean problem, in case you were confused on the meanings.

Once again: If you read the original post, I suggested an alternative for mods/admins to consider to make things better here. This is the feedback forum, in case you haven't noticed.

Randman in case you haven't noticed, you seem to be the only one that is bothered by this.

Being that the admins willingly change names for users show that it's not even something that needs an alternative.

It's really not that big of deal.

I will also say it is annoying.

I have no issues when the change is broadcasted or a well known "trend", but in the last few months the amount of "new" posters seems to be getting out of hand.

I have no idea who Pendergast is and I read this board way too much (though I have been keeping out of the pol lounge).

You can always ask, if it really matters to you.

It really makes you wonder what their motive is. I find people who do this kind of thing to be untrustworthy or highly insecure.

So "Kevin", if that is your real name, how many nicks have you had?

And Pendergast, the point is that I should not have to ask.....

Nice bait.

The only names I have had are "Kilbey" and "Killbee".

I assumed everyone knew "Killbee" would be "Kilbey".

And I made an announcement when I switched to Railroader.

Given that, you are not using your own legal name in these boards...

I guess you are part of the club!

So you are supposed to know who I am from a nick?

And what makes it so important for you to know that in the first place?
