Need to mirror an iPad on an iPad

I need to mirror an iPad on another iPad (actually 3 iPads) but I can't find any way to do this.
Alternatively, I could use a Mac (or PC) to be the source, but I need the 3 iPads to display what I'm sourcing synchronously.
Any ideas?

Can you give more details on exactly what you're doing? I'm worried a general answer will run afoul of issues with your specific needs.

Yeah I've seen that software, it's not very reliable. We purchased a copy for both Mac & iOS and couldn't get the "Pro mode" to work without several second delays (which makes it unusable).
The other use is marketing presentations, we want to be able to show mobile apps to other people without them actually having to interact. So, presenter has source iPad, clients have viewer iPads. Whatever happens on source iPad is mirrored on viewer iPads.
