So I'm planning on buying a car charger for my iPhone, iPods, etc. I don't think I need a full-blown inverter with a 110/230V output, but I do want to be able to charge iPhones and iPods as well as any other USB device I might add to the mix later on.

It might also be nice if I were able to charge two iPhones/iPods at the same time.

Any experience? Any suggestions?

Actually, any old USB car charger should do just fine.

This one works well (you're Stateside these days, though, right?):
