Who's got 'em? Misery loves company!

I am trying to lose weight. I started at 204 (lbs) around xmas, and I'm shooting for 185.

Anyone else?

Got to look good for saint peter

Also in case of vampire apocalypse... the shape you're in when you're turned is the way you'll be for eternity.

Edit: also in case of zombie apocalypse... the first rule of zombieland: cardio.

My resolution this year is to get Doofy to tell us about his cat somehow. I failed at this last year and embarrassed myself in the process, but with a new year we can wipe the slate clean!

Great! What are you doing differently to meet your goal? I'm posting more on MacNN to meet my goal. I figure I've burned 25 calories already today in the finger-region. I can feel the pounds melting off.

Well, I haven't decided yet, but I know that Doofy's weakness is that he's a little afraid of the queen, and I'm pretty sure he works at Buckingham Palace, so I was thinking of creating a MacNN nickname called "Queen Elizabeth" and trying to fool him. I'm not sure if it would work though, and I certainly don't want to traumatize him.

I don't want to label any of mine as new years resolutions though I can't be sure why that is. Somehow I think I'll be more likely to succeed if I don't think of them that way.
I could do with losing some weight too and I need to do more housework. Should be able to kill two birds with one stone really.
I have plenty of more important things to do, if only I could bring myself to do them....
