It'll be much easier if you just comply.

Not that I'd begrudge anyone their gaming style, I'm way more excited about the iPad version. I just want to curl up with it on the couch.

Audio's a problem though.

It's out on the iPad. Got my copy.

I don't think I'll get to play until the new year. I want time to make some sweet love to it.

Ugh.

I feel like I'm having my pound of flesh extracted for arguing the new X-COM should have been like the old X-COM.

This game has a play-style which died years ago, and the iPad version falls completely flat in its job of easing in a newbie, while at the same time having frustrating touch interface bugs which will chase away all but the true believers like myself.

Please buy this game. As a favor to me. Wasting away in the retirement home. If people don't buy it they won't release the others in the series, and I'll have nothing except gout to keep me company.

But... don't play it. I don't need to make enemies.

I've put in some hardcore time now, and discovered workarounds to the worst implementation issues. At least conceptually, a touch interface is vastly superior to the mouse interface it was created with.
