I have my iMac connected to the internet and have access to some sites, such as this one and ESPN.com, but other Astros.com, MLB.com, and Techtv.com I cannot access. Like the websites don't exist or are down, even though I can access them from a Windows machine. Anyone know why it's like this? It happens in both Safari and IE.

Are you connected via a router? To cable or DSL?

With some routers I had problems using the web from OS X that could be solved by reducing the MTU.

Since you're using two routers (why?) make sure that they are not both serving DHCP. Set one to act as a bridge.
I do not like those green links and spam.
I do not like them, Sam I am.

I use 2 routers so i can connect 2 computers downstairs to the internet and the one upstairs so I have wireless.

How would i set up a router as a bridge? And which one would I do that for? The first router in the chain or the second one?

the second router would be configured to bridge. This keeps all the computers on the same subnet.
