13 months later, and we're no closer to TeamSpeak for Mac than before.

I've recently become addicted to playing ShadowBane, and all my guild are PC'ers, communicating via headsets using TeamSpeak, and I'm stuck typing and reading and getting killed.

Anyone have any suggestions of alternatives to use? Since I travel with my Ti GigaBook, "buy a cheap PC" is a non-answer.

check out this program called netfone. it's shareware and it allows you to connect to as many people as you want.

it's meant for conference calls but it works great in games too.

Anyone used this within a game (like ShadowBane) to communicate wiwth PC'ers using TeamSpeak, since that freebie program is what they're using?

it won't work with teamspeak, the other people would have to be using the netfone thing too. This works well in a clan setting.

Well ..... it's called using "search" to dialogue with other Mac-users, without starting numerous separate threads on the same topic!

I use Skype when playing WoW with my guild. No problems except for the a rare crash. It makes coordinating pulls and heals so much easier.
