So I'm just curious. What's the motivation behind your addiction to Macs? I know my original draw to them was that they looked pretty and their certain aura of uniquness. (Since then I've seen the light about Mac's *reall* appeal.) So is it just their technical supiriority? The spinning "beach ball?" Or is it deeper? Let's hear the deep dark secrets of a Apple Enthusiast.

Clean, beautiful, ultra-portable, powerful, simple, it just works all the time, always joins wireless networks with no trouble, I wouldn't call it light, but it's far from heavy, and for a first time Mac user, I couldn't have asked for more.

I never had much to computers, now I'm a Mac addict!!

when I got my first iBook, it was because of battery life and everything was internal.

Now the windows equivalents have all that, so the only reason I stick with the macs are b/c of weight, and I prefer Macs for portables, and PCs for desktops. Pretty much just personal preference.

Nothing to do with superiority and all that jazz b/c honestly, my mac breaks as often as all the PCs I have owned.... never, with the exception of the break downs from my own doing.
MacBook Pro | 2.16 ghz core2duo | 2gb ram | superdrive | airport extreme
iBook G4 | 1.2ghz | 768mb ram | combodrive | airport extreme
iPhone 3GS | 32 GB | Jailbreak, or no Jailbreak

Moved to lounge since this was in no way iBook-specific.

Like others ease of use, innovative, quality, and awesome designs.
