Anyone able to compile the following driver (from Apple):

http://www.opensource.apple.com/darw...3C90x-3.tar.gz

I keep getting a "inconsistant operand constructs" error when trying.

Not enough C++ knowledge to know what to do.

Any ideas?

You might like to try some of the Darwin mailing lists at lists.apple.com.

It's got X86 assembler in it. PowerPCs don't like that. What's this driver supposed to be?
[vash:~] banana% killall killall

It's for the most popular ethernet card.

Ok, with the release of 10.3, comes a new release of this driver:

http://www.opensource.apple.com/darw...3C90x-7.tar.gz

Tried to compile this one. Obviously some changes as a NEW error appears:

Internal Compiler Error in instantiate_virtual_regs_1 at function.c:3999

when compiling: 3C90x.ccp.

Anyone have a clue what that means? And more importantly, how to get this compiling?

If it's got x86 assembler in it there's no way in hell it's gonna run on a mac.

It should still compile.

If you're really interested, I suggest you join one of the Apple or OpenDarwin mailing lists.

I did a while back. Nothing. Will try again.

Thanks all.
