While I love that the pictures from the Address Book show up when I get a message from someone, they cover up part of the message. Does anyone know how to move the image appearance location or disable this feature? I think a better place for these would be outside the message area or at the top of the message before the text begins. Text wrap around the image would be nice too.

Well, I'm not sure what you did, but on my computer the picture is exactly where it should be, at the top of the message before the text begins, beside the headers.
You could try playing with the displayed headers setting in the preferences. That could trigger something.

Thanks.
If you have headers turned off, then it places the photo right in the text. I've turned on the default header, which is much better than it used to be and the photo now shows up without any interference.

This is my favorite "it-was-in-10.2-but-not-working" feature.
I spent the morning adding pictures to Addressbook.
