I just got off the phone with an Apple Store respresentative. I hade some questions about my Cube order. Before I hang up I asked him if he knew when my preorder of MacOS X will ship. In twelve days he said. The 19:th I asked him. Yes, he said. That means we'll get it before the 24:th!! Yihaa! The wait is all the sudden a few days shorter...

That's odd, but at railhead even Maury McCown (who has impeccable sources, most of the time) said that we'll likely get OS X on March 23.
Which means that they'll start shipping about when you said.
What do you know, it's actually early!

hey joe cool--suckers pay $129 and have to wait till the 24th? whats up with that?
i have no problem paying full price even tho i bought the beta and could get a discount. your post implies that macosx isnt worth the full price and that apple is somehow taking advantage of those that pay it. is that really what you are suggesting?
