12" Apple powerbook up for sale. This is the 1 ghz model, with 512 mb ram and a 40 gig harddrive. Also has airport built in. It will come with a fresh install of OSX 10.3 (Panther).

I am asking for 1300 dollars plus shipping. It will arrive in the original packaging, to be sure it arrives safely.

I will also include a bluetooth mouse with this for free as well as a wired apple keyboard.

This is a sweet price for all of this. While the new ones may be slightly faster, this is 300 dollars cheaper than the new one, includes a little over 100 dollars of free hardware, and some expensive applications pre-installed.

How is it illegal? I own the liscences for the software I mentioned. I am not including them in the sale price, I just stated that they will be installed when the buyer purchases the laptop. The buyer will recieve those keys themselves. I fail to see how that is illegal software. Thanks for casting doubt on my sale though. I appreciate that.....

By purchasing the software, you are getting a one person one machine license. So long as you keep the CDs, that license belongs to you and only you. Simply giving somebody the serial number does not make it any more legal than if that person were to pirate the software and the serial on their own since they will not own the retail CDs.

So, either you're including the original CDs and licenses, or you're not mentioning the software at all.

ok. point noted, it was the case that i was going to give it all over. I just wish you had said something to me via PM, instead of making my thread look like im selling a bunk package. Because thats what it looks like now. Guess I'll just hope someone on ebay grabs it.
