I'm surprised we didn't already have a thread - or it got lost and 'NN search can't find one.

Either way:

I'm not sure what I think of this season. I really liked that they brought back Tony, but I felt that the last 3-4 episodes sorta dragged on.

No, she isn't. Jack will be back like always, then the series will end, then the movie will be released.

That's why he's gonna kill us. So we got to beat it. Yeah. Before he let's loose the marmosets on us."

It was kind of yawn inducing for me. As was most of this season. It was nice to see Kim back though

i still wish the season 2 mountain lion had gotten her.

Jack: There's no time. Tell me where the bomb is!!
Bad Guy: I'm not telling you anything!
Jack: You're going to wish you were dead by the time I get thru with you.
Bad Guy: Yeah right.
Jack: I'm unhinged. You don't know what I've been through. My wife was killed by terrorists and my daughter was eaten by a mountain lion.
Bad Guy: You can't get me to....wait, what?
Jack: Ate her pretty little blonde head.
Bad Guy: Damn. That's harsh.
Jack: I know, right.
Bad Guy: Wow. Yeah. Well, um, the bomb is in the trunk of my car. I parked it at the Home Depot.
Jack: Thanks. {starts to walk away, then punches the guy in the face}
Bad Guy: What was that for!?
Jack: I'm crazy, remember. Also, people were watching. I've got a reputation to uphold. Also, our more sadistic viewers demand I hurt at least 3 people per episode.

That ending was wide open. Jack's definitely coming back.

24's not gonna continue without Jack, though Renee may have a bigger role than any previous "sidekick," as Kiefer Sutherland's sentence for headbutting some dude at a red carpet event may impede his ability to be on the show.
