Kid and I are enjoying this very much, the mix of tech, exploring, and monsters. Just when you think you've mastered terrifying robot tigers, there are jerks with machine guns. Sneaking around is fun. Learning to set traps and do strategy is fun. The story is interesting.
Also female hero who rocks.

The game is awesome, took me a week to finish it. Enjoyed the world and gameplay so much.

I picked it up for $15 after I bought a PS4 Pro earlier this year. It is really well done and the lore is intriguing.

It is fun. Right now we are stuck, we tackled a research mountain before we had levelled up enough... and the boss in the level is a giant crocodile. Much death ensuing.

Can't wait to get this game on PC. Although, I have my doubts about all the robots. I've always found it more enjoyable to fight organic monsters, not robotic ones.

We went back and gave it another shot and beat the gator. Really enjoy the storylines, and the side quests don't feel like a huge waste of time.

This was one of my favorite titles released on PS4 - period. I know the sequel is planned as a PS5 launch title. While I don’t think I will be a launch buyer, when I do get the system Horizon 2 will almost definitely be my first buy!

I literally just finished playing this on Monday for the first time! I enjoyed the survival gameplay versus the dinosaurs. I find the juxtaposition of the robots and the primitive lifestyle really enthralling. The character design is really engaging as well.

We have gotten back into this. Now that we've leveled up a bunch going back to the easier areas to clean them up and find all the flowers and cups. Did you know there is poetry with each flower? Loving all the little details devs and writers put into this, each audio snippet and backstory.

Hello new Horizon Zero Dawn game will be compatible with PS4... or will the PS4 version lack features the PS5 version has? I have no desire for a PS5 otherwise.
That's how they get you.

So far, it’s the only thing which appeals about a PS5.
Maybe CP2020 a touch.

Since they make a PS4 version we will probably get that... unless I find an article that says the PS5 version has tons more features or something.

Well if the advanced hair whip graphics are PS5 only, then that's the dealbreaker.

I’m heartened by the fact that even after the apocalypse there are still substantial hidden caches of Mega Gel.
