OK, I know you young whippersnappers are much hipper than me so you probably already know about this. But just in case not, I'll link to this music video by OK GO. It's the first video in about 20 years that isn't tediously pretentious. It's actually entertaining. No, it's more than that. It's worth watching. Even if only for the camp. And the song is catchy too.

To make it even better, according to an interview on NPR it wasn't even intended to be a music video.

I saw OK GO once in concert and they cleared the small stage of their equipment and did the dance for their encore. It was pretty sweet.

Their album is pretty cool too. Got it of iTunes a couple of months ago when this video was all the rage.

My girlfriend has seen these guys in concert and got a t-shirt signed by them. She loves dancing to a million ways in the car.

I smiled throughout the whole video. The music was catchy enough to become one of those tunes that you find yourself humming as you drive along. There is truth to the lyrics. The guys are unpretentious, the routine is thoughtfully choreographed, revealing an intelligent design. The fellows are as practiced and nuanced as non-classically trained dancers could be.

Overall, very pleasing.

Maybe they have to grow on you? I thought it was pretty boring and would have turned it off after the first minute if some of you didn't say it was good. Reminded me of a junior high lip sync "talent" show.

And you didn't find that charming to some extent? And the music wasn't pleasing to you at all?
